FAQs

Treatments will take place in the comfort of your own home. The practitioner will bring all equipment required, all you need is a small area of space.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing, but your comfort and privacy will always be respected.

Spinal adjustments are gentle, effective and do not hurt. You may feel gentle pressure or hear a clicking sound as the joints move, but most people find the treatment comfortable.

Some mild soreness or stiffness can occur afterwards, similar to how you might feel after exercise, but this usually settles within 24–48 hours.

However, if you are already experiencing significant pain, adjustments may initially cause discomfort. This is because the body can take time to adapt to change, particularly at the beginning of your health journey.

The cracking sound during a spinal adjustment is caused by the release of gas within the joint. It is not the bones cracking or breaking, and the sound does not indicate the effectiveness of the adjustment.

Sports massage uses a range of hands-on techniques to target muscle tension, stiffness and restricted movement. It can help support recovery, improve mobility and relieve everyday aches and pains, making it suitable for everyone—not just athletes.

Sports massage is for anyone looking to improve muscle function, reduce tension, support recovery, or prevent injuries. It is suitable for athletes, active individuals, and those experiencing muscle tightness or discomfort from everyday activities.

Everyone responds differently to treatments. Some people notice improvements after the first few visits, while others may need more time as the body adapts and begins to heal. Your progress will depend on factors such as your condition, lifestyle, and how long the issue has been present.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

Late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the value of your appointment. Any no-shows will be charged in full.
